I drive by Lewis Farms in Wilmington all the time, and I finally got the chance to take some engagement photos there. The strawberries added something unique to their photos. I love how they turned out. This place was a dream to work with and it was a perfect day for some beach shots too!
Alex and Marti are adorable. they’ve known each other for a long time and Alex finally popped the question and decided to make her his wife. These two are a blast to be around and I can’t wait to be there for their wedding day. They’re also getting married at one of our favorite venues, Wrightsville Manor in Wilmington NC. Between how good these two look and how amazing Wrightsville Manor looks, it would be hard to take a bad picture! If they look this good without even trying too hard how good will they look in their wedding clothes?

The beach worked out so well too! Some days can be a little windy, but this day couldn’t have been much better for photos. A tip for beach days – wear flowing clothes. Long flowy dresses look so great for the ladies. Also, ladies if it’s going to be windy, maybe consider wearing your hair up. Thankfully, none of that was needed for Alex and Marti!
Now, we’ve known Marti and Alex for a while and the way they are together in these photos is the same way they are in real life. They are just loving, fun and so pretty! Just wait a few months and well be able to show you how good these two when they’re all dressed for their big day!
