I UNDERSTAND MORE THAN MOST, HOW IMPORTANT YOUR WEDDING DAY IS...
Way back in 2015, my husband proposed to me in early January after he got back from deployment. If you don't know anything else about the Marines - just know that their timing is TERRIBLE. When we were planning our wedding, the only time we knew he had off was a month... later. One month. That's how long we took to plan our wedding and let me tell you, we learned how valuable choosing the right vendors really is. Not having access to our preferred vendors (they were all booked already), the original photographer we choose backed out 2 weeks before our wedding, and choose a replacement photographer we had never met - talk about stress. But it wasn't until after the weddings - once we saw the photos - where we learned the value of choosing the right professionals for such a special day (let's just say, it did not meet expectations.) It became my mission to make sure no one feels the way I did after my wedding day.

Stephanie was the best photographer ever
I was able to see her work through my brother's wedding the year before mine and both times were incredible! She makes taking the photos fun and efficient, but look amazing and natural. Her and her husband Charles are an awesome duo! Would recommend using Stephanie to EVERYONE getting married, you can't go wrong!!! I'm obsessed with ALL of our photos from the engagement shoot and the wedding!

Stephanie was absolutely incredible during our entire wedding process! We had our engagement session, bridal portrait session, and wedding day photographed, and she was on top of it the entire time! She was so great at touching base with me throughout the year, and really cared enough to talk about what my vision was, and to make sure that we were able to put together a great timeline for our wedding day! (She and her husband Charles were also really great at getting creative shots when we had some unexpected rainy and windy weather!) Amazing photographer experience
Excellent wedding photos. Stephanie is priced fair and does great work. We had an extensive shot list and she was able to accomodate our shot list as well as add her own creative shots for our wedding pictures. She communicated well before the event and more importantly, on the day of our wedding. We found her very easy to talk to and communicate with, although she took charge in the few moments she needed to in order to get some solid photos. Overall she did and excellent job and we would recommend her to future couples looking for a photographer who communicates well, and takes incredible photos.

do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely! We would love to capture any wedding wherever your heart takes you. Travel is included in a 100 mile radius around our base of operations, and so travel fees may apply if your outside of that. Just ask us for details, but we LOVE to travel. We frequently have weddings across North Carolina, South Carolina, Washington DC, Indiana, and will also visit Virginia, and Connecticut in 2020. We plan on growing this frequency list much more in the years to come! We can travel internationally as well.

WHAT IF WE DON'T HAVE A DATE YET?
That’s perfectly fine! We know its hard to narrow down all the amazing venues in the area, but we do need to have a fixed day before moving to contract. That being said—May and October go like wildfire for us (which is a great thing), but if your considering one of those months you may want to settle on your date sooner rather than later.

how many hours of coverage do we get?
No matter the wedding, we try to capture the entire day. Minimum, you’ll have 8 hours of wedding coverage—getting ready photos, details, ceremony, formals, to finally the reception—to get you the best story of your wedding. But of course there's always options to add on more time if you need it!
I've never planned a wedding before,
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE GET, AND DO WE OWN THEM?
Depending on your collection, you will receive anywhere from 40-70 photos per hour of coverage. Our largest collection easily gives over 1000 images, while our smallest gives closer to 500 to start with!
And yes—you own your photos once completed. What's that mean? Every wedding comes with a Digital Gallery, Full-Gallery Downloads, and a Print Release to view and take your photos with you for years to come. So you can share, download, and print your photos whenever, wherever!

WHAT DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
In order to lock us in for your date, we require a 25% retainer fee (photographer talk for non-refundable deposit), as well as a signed contract that simply states everything we've talked about and promise to deliver. Then we're yours! Other sessions included in your wedding collection can be booked at point in time before your wedding day.

WHAT'S IT LIKE WORKING AS A PHOTO / VIDEO TEAM?
We can have anywhere from a single photographer at your wedding to 4 total professionals with cameras in hand. And we treat it just like it sounds: a team. We know how to "pose" or "prompt" in a way that looks great for both photo & video. It takes less time, yet we can capture more this way. That way your wedding day is less of a hollywood production, and more of a celebration of love (as it should be).
