Beautiful UNC Engagement Photos, Chapel Hill

Finally! We’re back, and I have some much-needed blogging to share with you. I’m sure you’ve heard (because it’s a global issue), we’ve been in quarantine for some time. Almost 9 weeks already. Last weekend was my first chance out of the house to take the most beautiful UNC engagement photos with Paige & Mike.

It was my first time at UNC Chapel Hill, and gosh it was beautiful. It reminds me of my hometown. I grew up in Bloomington around Indiana University, and there’s such a beauty that comes from well-designed campuses. Paige & Mike guided us around campus, and we started near the bell tower, made our way through polk-place, over to Coker Arboretum, and of course the Old Well. Mike actually proposed to Paige there, and though we had to wait in line to pose with the well, it was obviously worth it.

Gosh it was so great being back outside with a camera in hand. 9 weeks! Geesh, no wonder I was having anxiety dreams. I’m someone who needs to be creative and working with couples. This beautiful unc chapel hill engagement session was just the start of an amazing year to come. Despite everything that’s happened with the Coronavirus, I love my couples. I can see how much we mean to each and every one of them as we’ve helped navigate new plans together.

But everything about this engagement shoot was perfect. From Paige’s dress (which she found on Lulu’s by the way) to the weather, to the fun and totally in-love couple in front of my camera, I couldn’t have asked for a better session to get back in the swing of things. I hope you enjoy the engagement photos as much as I do!

I wouldn’t be upset if UNC engagement photos became more of a regular thing for me, I think.
